Two Ways to Deflash Clean — Shot Blast or Tumbleblast

CryoNet builds two families of cryogenic deflashing machines, each suited to a different kind of part. Pick the type that matches your flash, geometry and volume.

Type 01 · For delicate & internal flash

Shot Blasters — CNB Series

For more delicate products or products with internal flashes, CryoNet's shot blasting-based cryogenic deflashing equipment uses liquid nitrogen, barrel rotation and polycarbonate media in varying combinations to remove flash precisely, economically and fast. Parts with thin flash can be quickly and thoroughly deflashed — including the inner, dimensionally complex flash that no other method can reach.

  • 7" colour touch HMI panel for settings, operation, maintenance and process-run recording — easy to operate and manage
  • Maximum cooling temperature of −120°C
  • Machine frame in dual-tone polished stainless steel 304 for better aesthetics and visual appeal
  • Compact design for floor space saving
  • 70mm insulated walls for excellent cold insulation, reducing liquid nitrogen usage
  • Balanced blast-wheel size-to-power ratio for best processing results and highest productivity
  • Best-in-class SS 304 vibratory separator built to run reliably in low-temperature conditions
  • Media circulated by negative pressure from blast-wheel rotation, not a screw conveyor — media saving and lower power consumption
  • Special-design basket for easier loading and unloading
  • Gearbox and transmission assembly customised for continuous low-temperature running — longer bearing life and lower dust build-up, reducing maintenance cost and downtime
  • Heavy-gauge SS 304 plates and sheet throughout — including door and basket — for solid, long-life construction that resists deformation over time
  • Reputable electrical and electronic components from world-renowned brands for long, trouble-free performance in cold conditions

Type 02 · For rubber, zinc & aluminum parts

Tumbleblast Deflashing

The Tumbleblast Cryogenic Deflashing Machine from CryoNet, Surat is designed to deflash rubber, zinc and aluminum parts. It effectively handles a wide variety of components, using special steel balls or other media to deflash parts with through-holes.

  • 304 stainless steel barrel, insulated to reduce liquid nitrogen consumption
  • Maximum cooling temperature of −150°C
  • Powder-coated sheet-metal enclosure
  • Automatic PLC-controlled operation with safety interlock
  • Programmable variable-speed drive
  • Compact size — 1000D × 1500W × 1200H mm for Model 100
  • Inbuilt sieve tray for separating parts and media
