Deflash and Separate in One Pass
The air energy separator uses high-speed air flow to separate parts from flash based on the weight difference between them. Because flash is much lighter than the finished part, the difference in suspension speed lets the machine blow the flash away while the product drops clear — separating by weight, density, and size in one pass.
A belt conveyor connects the two machines, lifting material from the bottom of the spin tear trim unit to the top of the air separator, so parts move from deflashing straight into separation with no manual handling in between. The whole system combines one spin tear trim deflashing machine, a conveyor to lift material, and an air energy separator for efficient flash separation.

Spin Tear Trim
Parts are deflashed by high-speed centrifugal spinning inside the tear trim machine, tearing out thin or large flashes cleanly without damaging the part.
Conveyor Lift
A belt conveyor lifts the deflashed material from the base of the machine up to the top of the air separator, connecting the two stages with no manual handling.
Air Separation
High-speed air flow separates lighter flash from the heavier finished part by suspension speed, so flash blows away while the product drops clear.
