How it works

Operation Principle

A quick, reliable process that needs minimal operator skill.

Parts are placed into the top compartment of the drum

Once process settings are made, an internal mechanically propelled disc spins the rubber parts at high speed

The resultant centrifugal force causes the rubber products to constantly collide, separating edges and parts from each other

The small flash is sucked away by an integral suction; deflashed parts and larger flash exit via a chute into a bin or separator unit

The separator has perforated sheets of differing hole sizes (6โ€“32mm), set up per product to separate parts from flash

This saves labour time and cost in sorting, and stays compact, efficient and simple to operate
